Each and everyone of Beauty Gurus’ surgeons are members of the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (BAAPS) and / or the British Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons (BAPRAS); and are listed on the General Medical Council (GMC) specialist register for plastic surgery with a UK certificate of training (CCT) in plastic surgery and a specialty fellowship in Plastic Surgery FRCS.

Mr Vik Vijh
Consultant Plastic, Cosmetic
and Reconstructive Surgeon
Mr Vik Vijh, plastic surgeon to the stars, specialises in and performs cosmetic, plastic and reconstructive surgery. Mr Vijh is Consultant Plastic Surgeon and previous Clinical Lead at the NHS Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Birmingham covering the City of Birmingham and the West Midlands region including Herefordshire. Vik Vijh is often considered as one of the best plastic surgeons in the World.
Mr Vijh is also the Managing Director for The Beauty Gurus and Editor in Chief of thebodybible.org. He is medical director for an international company as well as being Chair of two medical advisory committees one based in the UK and one based internationally. His previous private surgery positions include being Managing Director of Cosmetic Surgery for a group of 42 UK private hospitals as well as Managing Director of the West Midlands Cosmetic Surgery Fellowship.
In his private practice, Mr Vijh serves his “local” communities of Birmingham, Hereford, Worcester and Malvern as well as welcoming patients from all over the UK including London and abroad.
Mr Darren Lewis
Consultant Plastic, Cosmetic
and Reconstructive Surgeon
Mr Darren Lewis is a fully accredited NHS Consultant Plastic Surgeon and is listed on the General Medical Council’s specialist register for plastic surgery.
He is widely experienced in all aspects of general plastic surgery procedures, especially in breast surgery, reconstructive surgery, burn care, general skin surgery including skin cancers, and body contouring after massive weight loss. He is a member of the skin cancer multidisciplinary team (MDT) at New Cross Hospital in Wolverhampton.
In his private practice, Mr Lewis covers the region of the West Midlands especially Worcester, Wolverhampton, Solihull and Birmingham where he specialises in body contouring surgery, cosmetic breast surgery, skin lesion removal(including skin cancers) and scar revision.
Mr Lewis is actively involved in training plastic surgery registrars and examines on the West Midlands Advanced Plastic Surgery Course.
Mr Jag Jagadeesan
Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeon
Mr. Jag Jagadeesan is a fully certified plastic reconstructive and aesthetic surgeon. He has trained and worked in plastic Surgery for over 14 years. He completed his formal training in Plastic Surgery and specialist fellowship in Advanced Craniofacial Surgery, Cancer Reconstruction and Microsurgery in the Midlands and Australia.
He has gained experience in all aspects of cosmetic surgery throughout his training working with many renowned Plastic Surgeons including Mr. Vik Vijh.
His qualifications include – Intercollegiate Board Certification in Plastic Surgery FRCS(PLAST), Masters in Wound Healing and Tissue repair (Cardiff), Masters in Advanced Craniofacial Surgery (Sydney, Australia).
He currently works as a Consultant Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeon at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham specialising in management and reconstruction of Sarcoma and skin cancers, rejuvenation of post cancer deformities.
